Key Responsibilities
- Visit colleges, schools, student areas and educational institutions for brand promotion.
- Promote Aptech Learning courses and career programs.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into admissions.
- Conduct student counselling and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with colleges, institutions and local communities.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, career fairs and marketing campaigns.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and admission targets.
- Maintain regular reports of field visits and leads.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months–1 year of experience in field marketing, sales or business development preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bhubaneswar.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
