Telesales Executive – Digital Marketing

Location: Adampur, Jalandhar, Punjab

Role Overview:

As a Telesales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for businesses looking to grow online. You'll work on leads provided by our team, understand each business's needs, explain how our services can help them, address their questions, and guide them through onboarding as a client. This is a target-based, incentive-driven role — cross your monthly target, and earn an 8% incentive on everything you bring in beyond it. Top performers also get the opportunity to work directly with our international clients in New Zealand and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact leads through telecalling and follow up consistently
- Explain our digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, Website Development) to business owners and address their questions
- Explicit client doubts and objections to move them toward onboarding
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Keep client interactions and follow-ups updated in our CRM

Requirements:

- Confident in spoken English (Hindi/Punjabi welcome too)
- B2B Sales, Telesales,



or Digital Marketing Sales experience is a plus — experienced candidates preferred, freshers welcome
- Target-driven and motivated attitude
- Basic understanding of business communication
