Group 8A is a Current York-based full-service digital marketing agency focused on scaling brands through data-driven marketing strategies across intent and discovery platforms.
We are looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager / Paid Social Specialist with 5–10 years of experience, specifically working with US markets or US-based clients.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid social platforms, along with a strong understanding of US audience behaviour, competition, and performance benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns targeting US audiences.
- Manage and scale campaigns for US-based clients and brands.
- Perform audience research, targeting, and segmentation.
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
- Manage budgets efficiently for high ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and audience strategies.
- Implement conversion tracking and attribution models.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for clients.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Paid Social Advertising.
- Must have experience working with the US market or US clients (Mandatory).
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Experience with eCommerce or agency workplace preferred.
- Strong understanding of US audience targeting, funnel strategy, and ad compliance.
