This internship is suitable for students and freshers who are interested in gaining practical experience in Human Resources, recruitment, candidate communication, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and candidate screening.
- Review and organize candidate resumes.
- Communicate with shortlisted candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Assist with onboarding selected candidates.
- Maintain basic employee and candidate records.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day coordination tasks.
- Help manage communication between interns and the organization.
Internship Details
- Work Mode: Remote
- Duration: 3 months
- Joining Letter: Issued after successfully completing the initial 10 working days.
- Completion Certificate: Provided upon successful completion of the internship.
