nTHIS IS THE ROLE:
nHandle patient calls & emails professionally
nManage appointment scheduling & patient queries
nMaintain accurate medical records
nCoordinate pharmacy-related patient questions
nSupport patient care pathways

nWHAT WE NEED:

nMust-Have:
n✅ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) OR Bachelor of Medicine degree
n✅ EXCELLENT English communication (spoken & written)
n✅ Qualified demeanor
n✅ Ability to explain medical concepts clearly
n
nTechnical:
n✅ MS Office (Email, Word, Excel)
n✅ Comfortable with phone & email systems
n✅ Attention to detail
n
nNice-to-Have:
n✓ Healthcare experience
n✓ Customer service background
n✓ Familiarity with NHS/UK healthcare
n
nJOB DETAILS:
nMohali, India (Office-based)
n9-hour rotational shift (8:30 AM - 12:30 AM)




n5 days/week in office + rotational day-offs
nFull-time, Permanent after 3-month probation
n₹3,00,000 - ₹3,60,000 per annum
