Corporate Secretarial domain of private limited companiesAssist in drafting and reviewing the contract draftsTo assist in research on legal points for advisory and other related assignments; Daily tracking of regulatory changes and key developmentsTo prepare weekly legal updates on relevant laws; Maintaining andmanaging trackers related to legal function processesAssist in preparing team presentationsTo assist in compiling Legal & Compliance related documents; To support Legal & Secretarial Team in overall day-to-day work.
