We are hiring for a CFO for a Christian Missionary Organisation

Location : Chennai

Qualification: CA

Experience: 8–15 years

Salary : Upto 24 Lakhs Per Annum

Note : Retired Person can also apply

# Manage the complete accounting and finance operations of the institution.

# Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Income & Expenditure Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and other financial statements.

# Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and timely monthly/year-end closing.

# Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, MIS reports, and variance analysis.

# Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, statutory regulations, and applicable Trust/Society requirements.

# Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and other audits and ensure timely resolution of audit observations.

# Monitor donations, grants, institutional funds, expenses, and fund utilization with proper documentation.





# Manage banking operations, cash flow, investments, and financial controls.

# Review accounts, ledgers, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for accuracy.

# Develop and implement effective accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.

# Liaise with auditors, bankers, government authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders.

# Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the management/Trust Board.

# Ensure transparency, accountability, confidentiality, and compliance in all financial activities
