Job Summary

We are looking for responsible and patient-focused OP, IP Staff & OT staff to support smooth outpatient and inpatient operations. The candidate will be responsible for patient coordination, documentation, communication, and providing efficient support to doctors, nurses, patients, and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and assist with OP and IP patient registration and admission procedures.
- Guide patients and attendants regarding hospital services, departments, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records, forms, and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratory, pharmacy, billing, and other departments.
- Assist in IP admission, room/bed allocation, discharge, and transfer processes.
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma in Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced person may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in three shifts.
