About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior SEO Specialistwith 3+ years of experience to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SEO, technical optimization, keyword research, content strategy, link building, and SEO analytics, with a proven ability to improve organic rankings and website traffic.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Perform on-page and technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and site structure.
- Plan and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO platforms.
- Identify technical issues affecting crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and website performance.
- Collaborate with content, development, and digital marketing teams.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, AEO, GEO, and emerging search technologies.

Required Skills:





- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO.
- Excellent knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Experience with Google Analytics & Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
- Understanding of HTML, website structure, redirects, canonicalization, schema markup, and indexing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple SEO projects and meet deadlines.

Good to Have:

- Knowledge of Digital Marketing / Google Ads / Meta Ads.
- Experience with WordPress and CMS platforms.
- Understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Experience working with agency clients or multiple projects.
