The Executive Electrician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment within the facility. This role involves proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing electrical solutions to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Electrical Maintenance
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and switches.
- Repair and replace faulty electrical components and ensure timely resolution of electrical issues.
1. Installation and Upgrades
- Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical equipment and systems as required.
- Assist in electrical system design and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements.
1. Troubleshooting and Repairs
- Diagnose electrical faults and malfunctions and take corrective actions promptly.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and restore operations with minimal downtime.
1. Equipment Knowledge and Handling
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on critical equipment such as chillers, freezers, air conditioners,
diesel generators, and electrical panels.
- Ensure proper functioning of fire extinguishers and perform PM (Preventive Maintenance) checks for main electrical panels and other safety-critical equipment.
1. Safety and Compliance
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and standards.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure electrical systems meet regulatory requirements.
1. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare reports on electrical system performance and suggest areas for improvement.
1. Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior electricians or technicians when needed.
1. Mandatory Requirements :
- Should have 1 3 year of Experience
- Should Have own bike
- Willing to Travel on daily basis
- Should Be fluent with Hindi / Kannada
