About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling D2C-focused consultancy helping global brands launch, scale, and dominate in India’s digital commerce ecosystem, we specialize in end-to-end Shopify store optimization, performance marketing, and conversion rate mastery. We blend data-driven experimentation with creative storytelling to turn traffic into transactions—for ambitious brands targeting Indian consumers with precision, speed, and ROI focus. Role & Responsibilities

- Own the full-funnel performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Shopify channels—driving scalable, profitable customer acquisition.
- Build, automate, and optimize UTM-tagged campaigns using Shopify flows, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Design A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and offers—leveraging Shopify analytics and GA4 to refine CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics weekly.
- Lead retargeting and cart-abandonment sequences via Shopify Email + Meta Pixel + Google Remarketing, reducing drop-off and increasing recovery rates.




- Partner with creatives and devs to rapidly iterate landing pages, product pages, and checkout experiences using Shopify themes (Dawn, Turbo) and apps like PageFly or Shogun.
- Present clear, actionable performance dashboards to clients using Looker Studio or Power BI—highlighting wins, bottlenecks, and scaling opportunities.
