Job Description – Telecaller (Loan & Finance) Position: Telecaller – Loan & Finance
Location: Nikol, Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling / Telesales Candidates with experience in Finance, Loan, Insurance, or Financial Services will be preferred. Candidates from non-finance backgrounds can also apply if they have relevant Telesales/Telecalling experience. Good communication and convincing skills are required. Target-oriented and confident candidates preferred. Key Responsibilities Handle leads provided by the company and make outbound calls. Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan/financial products. Follow up regularly with interested customers. Collect and verify the required customer documents. Coordinate with customers throughout the process.



Maintain regular follow-ups until the loan/application closure. Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and status updates. Build valuable customer relationships and provide timely assistance. Preferred Experience Candidates who have previously worked in: Loan / Finance Insurance Banking / Financial Services Loan Telecalling / Telesales Any target-based Telecalling role Salary & Incentives Incentives: Additional incentives based on performance and target achievement Target: Yes – performance/target-based role Working Hours 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Monday to Saturday Sunday: Weekly Off
