About the Company

ANR International Pvt. Ltd. is a 30-year-old trading and distribution company with a presence across India, engaged in the trading and distribution of plastics and chemicals, including PVC resin (suspension and paste), LLDPE, HDPE, polypropylene, engineering plastics and reprocessed plastic granules, as well as phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, plasticizers, acetic acid, soda ash and other industrial chemicals. The Company is the exclusive agent for IG Petrochemicals and represents OPAL for the distribution of polyethylene in North India, and services over 600 SME and corporate customers through its corporate office in Patparganj, Current Delhi, and six warehouses located across Delhi, Gujarat, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra. The Company's group interests also include Honey & Dough, a bakery and café chain operating thirteen outlets in the Delhi NCR region, and The Company is now setting up Steel Trading and Distribution as a new business vertical and is looking to recruit a suitably qualified professional to establish and lead this vertical.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Sales targets — deliver monthly and quarterly volume and margin across flat and long steel.
- Buyer development — identify and onboard fabricators, infrastructure and construction contractors, OEMs, pipe/tube makers, stockists, and dealers; build repeat, contracted relationships rather than one-off spot deals.
- Order execution — own the enquiry-to-delivery cycle: quote, negotiate, confirm, and coordinate with mills, warehouse, and logistics for accurate, on-time dispatch.
- Pricing discipline — quote to protect margin; track mill list prices and daily market movement so material is never sold on stale numbers.
- Collections & credit — structure and enforce payment terms, follow up on receivables,



and keep days-sales-outstanding (DSO) under control.
- Market intelligence — track HRC/CRC, plate, TMT, and structural pricing, mill announcements (SAIL, JSW, Tata Steel, JSPL, AM/NS, RINL), import parity, and demand shifts across construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing.
- Product advisory — guide buyers on grades, sizes, and specifications, and match material to application so ANRIPL is chosen on reliability, not just price.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 8–15 years of experience in steel sales or trading — flat products, long products, or both. Candidates from steel trading houses, mill or dealer sales networks, or steel service centres are strongly preferred.
- An existing buyer network in the Delhi NCR region (fabricators, contractors, OEMs, dealers) is a significant advantage — this role requires hitting the ground running, not building a network from zero.
- Working knowledge of steel products and grades — HR/CR/GI/plate on the flat side, TMT/structurals/wire rod on the long side — and the specifications buyers care about (grade, thickness/section, tolerances, coating).
- Strong commercial instincts on pricing, margin, and credit — this is a trading business where discipline on both the sale and the collection determines profitability.
- Comfort operating in a target-driven, ownership-heavy environment where the salesperson defines their own buyer list and pipeline.
- Understanding of how steel is priced — mill list prices, import parity, and primary versus secondary material — is a plus.
- High integrity and transparency — given the incentive-linked structure and direct customer ownership, ANRIPL is looking for a long-term operating partner, not a short-term hire.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹290,000.00 per month
