About the Opportunity
Neelam Aqua & Speciality Chems is a rapid-growing industrial chemicals supplier and solutions provider serving India’s water treatment, manufacturing, and specialty chemical sectors. We deliver high-performance chemical formulations and tailored technical support to enterprises across pharmaceuticals, textiles, power, and FMCG verticals—helping them optimize operations, ensure compliance, and reduce environmental footprint. Our marketing team plays a pivotal role in translating technical product strengths into commercial growth across tier-1 and tier-2 industrial hubs.

Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for specialty chemical product lines targeting water treatment, process chemicals, and industrial cleaning segments.
- Lead end-to-end sales enablement: create technical datasheets, application case studies, and ROI toolkits aligned with customer pain points.
- Partner with technical teams to translate R&D; breakthroughs into market-ready value propositions and competitive battle cards.
- Drive channel marketing initiatives—train distributors,



design trade show activations, and manage digital/field campaigns across key industrial zones.
- Track market trends, competitor moves, and customer feedback to continuously refine positioning, pricing, and messaging.
- Support bid processes for large industrial tenders with tailored proposals, compliance documentation, and technical clarifications.
