Candidate shall handle all routine secretarial and legal matters handled by the Legal Secretarial department of the firm.
.Compliance and Registration under RERA Act, Companies Act, Drafting ,Vetting of Agreements, E-Filing, Filing of Documents with Authorities ,work under NCLT .
.Preparation of legal documents with respect to real estate project RERA registration.
.Quarterly compliance of the project under the RERA act.
Real estate documentation vetting.
Preparation of draft sale agreement under the RERA Act.
Explaining clients regarding required changes in project documentation.
Regularly monitoring withdrawal limits for the project.
