Job Title: Payroll & Compliance Executive (Real Estate)

About Us

Avillion Farms is a premium real estate company specializing in luxury villas, farmhouses, and residential developments. We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Compliance Executive to manage payroll operations and statutory compliance for our corporate office and project sites in Bangalore.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with relevant payroll and statutory compliance experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for corporate and site employees.
- Manage statutory compliance related to Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESI), including registrations, monthly filings, challans, and employee records.
- Handle physical documentation related to PF and ESI, including maintaining statutory registers and filing records.
- Ensure compliance with RERA requirements and maintain project-related documentation.
- Coordinate and maintain compliance under the Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll documentation.
- Prepare compliance reports and support internal and external audits.




- Liaise with government departments and statutory authorities whenever required.
- Coordinate with finance, HR, and project teams to ensure timely statutory submissions.
- Maintain confidential payroll and employee information.
