We are seeking an experienced 'Power Automate Specialist' to design, develop, and enhance

automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Automate Desktop, Cloud Flow, and Power Apps. This

role focuses on streamlining business processes, boosting operational efficiency, and delivering tailored

applications to address business challenges. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional

teams to gather requirements, create cutting-edge solutions, and provide ongoing support for automation

projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementations.

Partner with Business Analysts, RPA technical analysts & solution architects to assist with

solution design, Integrating RPA with other applications.

Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop and

Cloud Flow.

Develop customized business applications with Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven

Apps, to address specific organizational needs.

Develop automation flows capable of extracting data from documents (e.g., PDFs, Excel),





inputting the data into web-based tools or applications, completing predefined processes (e.g.,

logging in, data entry, and closing tools).

Create and optimize workflows that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365, SharePoint,

Dynamics 365, and other enterprise tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process

automation and application development.

Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the reliability and performance of automation solutions.

Diagnose and resolve issues in existing workflows and Power Apps applications.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for all Power Automate and Power Apps projects.

Integrate Power Automate flows with third-party applications and data sources through

connectors, APIs, and custom scripts.

Enhance and update existing solutions based on feedback and evolving business needs.
