Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive to support our sales and partnership initiatives. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and assisting in the execution of strategic growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Generation & Outreach:

- Identify potential clients, business opportunities, and partnership leads.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Reach out to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls.

✅ Sales & Client Engagement:

- Assist in pitching products/services to potential clients and partners.
- Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Strategic Growth & Market Expansion:

- Help develop new strategies to improve business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales-driven campaigns.
- Explore collaborations with brands, corporates, and eCommerce platforms.

✅ Operational Support & Reporting:

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics.




- Provide insights and feedback on improving sales strategies.
- Assist in follow-ups and scheduling client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔️ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

✔️ Ability to research, analyze, and identify business opportunities.

✔️ Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.

✔️ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
