n Role & Responsibilities:

nn- Conduct credit analysis and due diligence by preparing Credit & Risk Assessment Notes (CRAN) to evaluate risks related to borrowers, transactions, and underlying securities, and provide initial recommendations.

n- Initial screening and structuring of financing deals for commercial real estate.

n- Working with the internal team (relationship, legal, technical, and operations) to deliver a timely and well-coordinated solution to clients.

n- Communication with the client to learn about their finance requirements,



organizational structure, and company model, additionally continuing information gathering and query resolution.

n- Present credit proposals to sanctioning authorities for approval.

n- Prepare review and renewal credit reports to reassess credit limits and monitor for credit alerts.

n- Draft term sheets outlining loan terms and conditions.

n- Verify disbursements to ensure compliance with sanctioned terms and conditions.
