Role & responsibilities

Compliance Management CLRA

-Preparation of registers, challans, returns applicable for the units / branch, attend audits & ensure 0 NCs

-Keep track and initiate well within time

-Ensure timely response, meeting lawyers, attend hearing

Managing On- Boarding of billing staff

-Adhering to the processes mandated by ARK

-Labour license for state and central contract

-Prepare monthly MIS on Recruitment

HR Administration

-Facilitate completion of documents required for GTLI, GPA & WC policy

-Facilitate F & F of billing employees by helping them in complete their exit formalities

-Hold meeting with billing employees at big units on POSH, Awareness etc

Managing office Administration

-Ensure all equipments of office are in working condition

-Maintenance & cleaning of of office premises
