Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions through voice and non-voice channels.
- Communicate with international customers via calls, emails, and chat.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve issues professionally within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the required systems.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Meet assigned targets related to productivity, customer satisfaction, and quality.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Key Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good listening and comprehension abilities.
- Solid customer-service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to handle international customers professionally.
- Good typing skills for non-voice processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.




- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Undergraduates and graduates from any stream can apply.
- Freshers are eligible; prior BPO/customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Candidates with good English communication and interpersonal skills will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable working from the Gurugram office.
- Should be flexible with rotational shifts and weekly offs.
- Candidates who are customer-oriented, confident, punctual, and eager to build a career in the international BPO industry are preferred.

Salary: 19,000 to 30,000 per month
