Hi Folks, /n /n We are hiring for the below role with leading Bank. /n /n Retention – Customer Care Associate (CCA) /n Job Title: Customer Care Associate – Retention /n Location: Secunderabad /n Shift Time-9.30am to 6.30pm /n Week Off- 6days working with Sunday fixed off /n CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA /n Need Graduate with min 1 year of experience in outbound sales from Banking domain. /n /n Job Overview /n We are looking for Customer Care Associates for its Retention team . The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions through both inbound and outbound calls , resolving customer concerns, and supporting customer retention. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls .

/n

- Interact with customers professionally in Hindi and English .

/n

- Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.

/n

- Focus on customer retention and prevent customer churn.

/n

- Handle outbound sales/retention calls and achieve assigned targets.

/n

- Maintain accurate customer records and update details in Excel/system.

/n





- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

/n /n /n Candidate Requirements /n /n

- Experience in core outbound sales is mandatory.

/n

- Candidates from VRM, Credit Card Sales, Insurance, Banking or similar sales backgrounds preferred.

/n

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi .

/n

- Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory .

/n

- Candidate should know any one regional language .

/n

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel .

/n

- Should be comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls .

/n

- Strong convincing, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

/n

- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
