Position Purpose The position is to cover below main axes:

- To manage trading application EOD/BOD process of Production system., E.g. (Rupeeseed & Kambala Setup)
- Knowledge of trading applications exchange connectivity BSE, NSE, CDS, MCX.
- Hands on experience REST API. XML, ability to diagnose, troubleshoot issues.
- Managing UAT, Preprod or CUG system, EOD / BOD and test market connectivity.

Responsibilities

- Primarily responsible for handling Trading Application Day to day activities including L2 Health checkups, deployments, Observability.
- Troubleshoot application and software related issues, Incident management tasks related to root cause analysis, problem management.




- Handling Issues reported by customer desk and business users.
- Coordinating with It Infra for respective system upgrades and scheduling the downtime window.
- Proactive ensuring of MACM production systems & services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, throughput and overall system health
- Responsible for fixing support escalation cases and conducting post-incident reviews / Root Cause Analysis.
- Preparing of POA for each production task and inform each stake holder of activity priorly.

Contributing Responsibilities

- Provide technical and functional training and walkthroughs to new joiner.
- Support internal automation initiatives for monitoring dashboards, alerts, and health checks.
- Capacity monitoring & Observability of production Infrastructure, automated alerting, performance monitoring and reporting tools
- Suggest enhancements to improve system performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Collaborate and assist with planning and execution of recent software releases with third party software service providers and internal business solution team.
