Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Defence Technology organisation. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, campus hiring, and hiring strategies for technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical, and corporate roles. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultancies, and campus hiring drives.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities. Build and maintain solid relationships with TPOs (Training & Placement Officers), colleges, and recruitment consultancies for campus drives and corporate hiring. Plan and coordinate campus recruitment activities, walk-ins, and hiring events. Willing to travel across the country for campus drives, recruitment events, and hiring activities.

Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews,



and schedule technical interviews. Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and onboarding processes.

Prepare for technical and non-technical fresher and lateral hiring.

Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.

Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and recruitment analytics.

Support employer branding and recruitment drives.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment documentation.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Experience in technical hiring, preferably in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Defense, Aerospace, or Manufacturing domains.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong networking and relationship management skills with colleges and consultancies.

Hands-on experience with Ms office, Google sheets, PPT, ATS tools and Excel.

Good understanding of interview coordination and stakeholder management. Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.

3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

Experience in hiring for technology-driven organisations is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
