InstantServe is a growing IT staffing and workforce solutions company serving clients across the United States. We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our Mohali team and support our US recruitment operations.

Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for US-based IT staffing requirements. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, understanding job requirements, maintaining candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and working closely with recruiters and account teams to meet hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates against job descriptions and client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
- Understand technical skills, experience, location, availability, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
- Maintain and continuously update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with US recruiters, account managers, and delivery teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of candidates to clients and staffing partners.
- Track recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, placements, response rates, and pipeline activity.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/VMS and other recruitment systems.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
- Stay updated on US IT hiring trends, technologies,



job markets, and recruitment practices.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and client requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or recruitment operations.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, ATS, job portals, and recruitment tools.
- Strong follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with US staffing/MSP/VMS environments.
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, or similar sourcing platforms.
- Familiarity with contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire recruitment.
- Understanding of US geography, time zones, and employment terminology.
- Experience recruiting for state government or enterprise IT clients is a plus.
