Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist who can independently manage the complete social media requirements of multiple clients. The candidate should have strong experience in strategy, platform-wise content planning, content calendars, organic growth, post boosting, execution, coordination and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with each client's business objectives, brand positioning and target audience.
- Manage multiple client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X/Twitter.
- Create monthly platform-wise content calendars with the right mix of Statics, Carousels, Reels, Stories, Shorts, Videos and other relevant formats.
- Plan platform-specific content rather than using the same communication across all social media channels.
- Develop strategies to improve organic followers, reach, engagement and overall brand visibility.
- Identify relevant and high-performing posts for boosting, define suitable audiences and monitor boosted-post performance.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, content formats, competitor activities and audience behaviour.
- Conceptualise social media campaigns, topical content, brand initiatives and engagement ideas.
- Prepare explicit content and creative briefs for copywriters, designers and video teams.
- Review copies, creatives and videos to ensure they are aligned with the brand strategy and suitable for the respective platform.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions and audience engagement across social platforms.
- Track account performance including follower growth, reach, engagement, impressions, video views and content performance.




- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improving future content.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely planning, approvals, publishing and execution.
- Independently handle multiple accounts while maintaining quality, consistency and timelines.

* Candidate Requirements

- 35 years of relevant social media experience, preferably in a digital, advertising or social media agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple brands/clients simultaneously.
- Robust understanding of social media strategy, content planning and platform-specific communication.
- Hands-on experience in developing monthly social media content calendars.
- Demonstrated ability to improve organic follower growth, reach and engagement.
- Working knowledge of post boosting and audience selection.
- Strong understanding of Reels, Shorts, video content and emerging social media trends.
- Good knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and client-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of social media accounts.
