Creative & Brand Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are one of the UKs leading suppliers of porcelain paving, natural stone, sandstone, limestone, wall cladding, and indoor & outdoor living products. Our Hyderabad team works closely with UK leadership across marketing, ecommerce and operations.

We are looking for a hands-on Creative & Brand Marketing Manager to own how our brand looks, sounds and performs across social media, email, affiliate, influencer partnerships, website and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Own social media strategy, content calendar, creative, publishing and community management.
- Create photography, product imagery, graphics, layouts and written content across channels.
- Manage email marketing, including automated flows, segmentation, campaigns and customer journeys.
- Grow and manage affiliate programmes and influencer/brand partnerships.
- Coordinate product and lifestyle shoots and maintain the brand’s visual asset library.
- Own product content, imagery, merchandising and brand presentation across the website and marketplaces such as Amazon, B&Q; and Wayfair.
- Manage review generation, customer feedback and reputation across platforms such as Trustpilot and Google.
- Track channel performance, revenue contribution, engagement and traffic, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the AI Motion Graphics Specialist to brief and develop video and motion content.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

- 3–5 years of experience in social media, brand, content or partnerships marketing.
- Experience in ecommerce, D2C, retail, lifestyle, home, interiors or design-led brands is preferred.
- Robust hands-on skills in photography, image editing and graphic design.




- Experience independently managing and growing social media channels.
- Practical experience with email marketing, automation and audience segmentation.
- Experience with influencer and/or affiliate marketing.
- Excellent written English for a UK audience.
- Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Figma or Canva.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, ideation, editing and workflows.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to work onsite in Hyderabad during UK working hours.

Nice to Have
- Experience in home, garden, interiors, construction, renovation or design.
- Amazon A+ / marketplace content experience.
- Understanding of how creative supports SEO and paid media.
- Photography, design or art-direction background.
