Job Summary

We are looking for an SAP HCM Consultant with 23 years of experience to support SAP HCM implementation, enhancement, and production support activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration, strong understanding of HR business processes, and the ability to work with functional and technical teams.

Key Skills & Requirements

Gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes. Configure and support SAP HCM modules, primarily:

Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational Management (OM) Time Management (TM)

Payroll (PY) exposure preferred

Configure employee master data, personnel actions, infotypes, employee groups/subgroups, and organizational structures.

Configure Organizational Management objects such as organizational units, jobs, positions, and relationships.

Support Time Management configuration including work schedules, attendance, absence, leave quotas, and holiday calendars.

Assist with SAP Payroll configuration, payroll processing, wage types, and payroll-related issue resolution.

Analyze and resolve SAP HCM incidents and service requests.



Perform root-cause analysis and provide functional solutions.

Prepare functional specifications for required developments and coordinate with ABAP teams.

Support integration between SAP HCM and other SAP/non-SAP applications.

Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.

Support data migration, mass uploads, and data validation activities. Prepare configuration documents, test scripts, functional specifications, and user documentation.

Provide end-user support and assist with user training.

Participate in SAP HCM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

Work closely with senior consultants, business users, and technical teams.

Skills

23 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM. Valuable knowledge of SAP HCM PA and OM. Working knowledge of Time Management.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP Payroll is preferred. Good understanding of HR business processes.

Experience with SAP HCM configuration and troubleshooting. Knowledge of infotypes, personnel actions, organizational structures, and master data.

Exposure to SAP HCM integration with other SAP/non-SAP systems. Experience preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers.

Good understanding of testing processes and defect management. Exposure to SAP ECC HCM; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HCM is an advantage.

Good to Have

SAP HCM certification.
