Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Noida. The intern will support the promotion of study abroad services by engaging with prospective students and families, explaining offerings, and responding to inquiries through calls, messages, and in-person meetings. Daily tasks include assisting with lead generation, following up with interested candidates, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, and coordinating with senior team members to drive conversions.

The role also involves contributing to marketing activities, such as supporting events, seminars,



or digital campaigns, and sharing feedback from students to improve communication and services. The intern will collaborate closely with the counseling and sales teams, participate in training sessions, and represent the organization professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to explain complex information simply.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills focused on empathy, active listening, and building trust with students and families.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, such as lead handling, follow-up, and basic understanding of consultative selling in an education context.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management interest or exposure, including willingness to learn from structured training and follow sales processes.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include comfort with MS Office or Google Workspace, basic social media or digital marketing awareness, and robust organizational skills.
- A diploma or degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; prior internship experience in counseling, sales, or education services is an advantage.
