- Design questionnaires to explore stakeholders' understanding and perceptions of projects across the education and mental health domains.
- Plan and lead field surveys to collect relevant primary data on various VOPA initiatives.
- Prepare project status reports and present key findings to stakeholders and partners.
- Support team leads in developing and validating measurement tools to assess project effectiveness.
- Assist cross-functional teams and directors in creating and maintaining training and feedback systems.
- Coordinate with the Project team to deliver timely, district-wise status reports.
- Analyze data to generate periodic insights and inform strategic decision-making.
- Conduct data analysis for specific teams to produce M&E; and impact reports.
- Participate actively in organizational meetings and team structures.
- Support and institutionalize robust data management systems across teams.
- Regularly compile and publish organization-level impact reports.
- Additional responsibilities as needed in response to evolving organizational priorities and project requirements.
- Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Formal training in data analysis or M&E; frameworks is preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in research, M&E;, data analysis, or project evaluation,
preferably in the development or non-profit sector.
- Familiarity with designing data collection tools (e.g., surveys, questionnaires, interviews).
- Experience working with large datasets and impact reporting is a plus.
Skills Required Technical & Analytical
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, R, PostgreSQL, or Power BI).
- Ability to design and validate monitoring tools and impact assessment frameworks.
- Understanding of data visualization and reporting best practices.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and sampling techniques.
Communication & Documentation
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to compile and present findings clearly for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail.
Project & Coordination
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage timelines for data reporting.
- Experience supporting large-scale data collection and tool standardization efforts.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
