Conduct customer visits, machine demonstrations, sample printing and production-line trials.
Understand customer applications and recommend suitable CIJ or TIJ printing solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations and negotiate orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual machine and consumable sales targets.
- Generate business for AMC, installation and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with the service team for installation, training and complaint resolution.
- Maintain the sales pipeline, visit reports, customer database and follow-up records.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
