G-TEC Computer Education, Anna Nagar, Chennai is looking for an experienced Part-Time SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors Trainer to join our training team.

We are looking for working professionals, consultants, or experienced trainers who can deliver practical and industry-oriented training to students and aspiring SAP professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct SAP HCM / SuccessFactors training sessions.
- Explain concepts with practical, real-time business scenarios.
- Cover modules such as SAP HCM, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, etc.
- Provide practical assignments, case studies and interview guidance.
- Help students understand SAP HR processes and become job-ready.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.




- Positive understanding of HR business processes.
- Practical implementation/project experience is preferred.
- Good communication and teaching skills.
- Training experience is an added advantage.
