About the RoleWe are looking for a Meta Ads Manager – Performance Marketing with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be confident in independently handling Meta Ads campaigns, developing strategies, managing budgets, analyzing performance, and optimizing campaigns to achieve business and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads campaigns.
- Develop Meta Ads strategies based on client goals and business objectives.
- Manage Lead Generation, Sales, Purchase & Conversion campaigns.
- Handle audience research, targeting, retargeting, and Lookalike Audiences.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions.
- Manage advertising budgets and identify opportunities for scaling campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.




- Work closely with creative/content teams to improve ad performance.
- Prepare campaign reports and communicate performance insights.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads updates, trends, and best practices.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing Lead Generation and Sales/Purchase campaigns.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and CPM.
- Ability to independently set up, manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with Google Ads or other paid advertising platforms is an added advantage.
- Meta Blueprint certification is an added advantage.

Important Requirements? On-site role – Lajpat Nagar, Delhi

? Must have your own laptop and be comfortable carrying it to the office every working day.

? Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days only.

? Candidates must be based in Delhi/NCR or willing to relocate.
