We are seeking a driven, field-focused sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. This is a hands-on, hunting role where you will acquire new dealer accounts and sell high-quality buyer leads, demonstrating measurable ROI and value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new used car dealers through cold visits, referrals, and local market networking.
- Sell verified buyer leads and performance-driven lead packages to dealers.
- Present ROI and conversion metrics to demonstrate the value of leads to dealers.
- Onboard dealers and ensure smooth activation of services.
- Manage retention, collections, and performance conversations with dealers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead sales, performance sales, digital classifieds, or related domains.
- Robust hunting mindset with a consistent track record of acquiring new clients.
- Ability to sell value (ROI-led pitch) rather than just price.
- Comfortable in a field-intensive, individual contributor role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
