Location: Bais Godam, Jaipur, Rajasthan (with frequent travel to the US)

Compensation: Fixed CTC ₹18-20 LPA + Performance Incentives up to ₹32–35 LPA based on target achievement and performance

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, mature, and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and sales operations for a dedicated US territory. The ideal candidate should possess strong international sales experience, excellent client relationship management skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth in global markets.

This role requires frequent travel for client meetings, business expansion, and market development activities across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:-

· Identify new business opportunities and build distributor relationships

· Develop strong relationships with international clients and key stakeholders

· Manage key client relationships and grow sales for the assigned US territory

· Provide market insights and sales forecasts

· Collaborate with CRM, marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction

· Drive end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, negotiations, closures,



and account management

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

· Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and business events

· Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, and business reports

· Build long-term strategic partnerships to enhance market presence

Key Eligibility Requirements:-

· 7+ years international sales experience

· Valid passport and international travel experience for sales.

· Finds it easy to hire a car abroad and drive to reach customer locations.

· Holding US visa is essential

· Fluency in English; additional languages a plus

· Mature personality with strong ownership and leadership abilities

· Solid understanding of B2B sales and business development processes

· Experience handling US clients and territories is highly preferred

· Comfortable with frequent international travel for sales activities

· Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
