Role Description The Head of Sales Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for leading the integrated sales and marketing function. This role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, setting targets, and driving revenue growth across key accounts and market segments.

The Head of Sales Marketing will oversee the sales pipeline, manage key customer relationships, and coordinate marketing campaigns that support lead generation and brand positioning. Daily responsibilities include guiding and mentoring the sales and marketing teams, monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports and forecasts, and aligning activities with overall business objectives.



The role also requires close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify recent opportunities and improve go-to-market effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including experience in setting targets, managing pipelines, and driving revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support informed strategic decisions.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to build, maintain, and grow relationships with key clients.
- Candidates should possess Team Management skills, with experience leading, coaching, and developing sales and marketing teams.
- Proven experience in a senior sales or sales marketing leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented organization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, demand generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
