Background to the role

Performing Doctor onboarding, Hospital Onboarding & Diagnostic Centers Onboarding via Visits & Field Work. Including Answering phones and Confirming appointments. Maintaining and cleaning data in realtime, Complete Documents Collection.

Key Responsibilities

● Working with the Network team to do doctor, Hospital & Diagnostic center Onboarding on time.

● Communicating with the network team to get the correct data.

● Helping operations and network teams in case of any issue

● Coordinating with internal and externals teams to drive new initiatives

● Deeply understand the query and find the solution.

● Working with the tech team to improve provider satisfaction.

Skills

● Undergraduate from a reputed institute.

● Excellent Communication skill.

● Adhere to work in pressure.

● Positive understanding of the internet.

● Remarkable follow up skills to get work done

● Command on Microsoft office especially Excel & PPT

● 1+ years of experience
