– Field Marketing Executive Company: Creative Display Location: Mumbai Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year Salary: ₹15,000 per month + performance incentives Job Type: Full time Job Overview Creative Display is looking for an energetic and confident Field Marketing Executive to promote our retail display and store setup solutions across Mumbai. The selected candidate will be assigned a specific area/cluster and will be responsible for visiting retail stores, meeting shop owners, introducing our company and services, generating enquiries, and maintaining customer information. This is a field-based role, with approximately 20–25 days of field work per month.

Key Responsibilities - Visit shops, retail stores and potential business customers within the assigned area.

- Meet shop owners and decision-makers and introduce Creative Display's products and services.
- Explain our retail fixtures, display solutions and complete store setup services.
- Distribute company-provided pamphlets/brochures or use a company-provided tablet for presentations.
- Identify potential customers and generate enquiries.
- Collect and maintain accurate customer and enquiry details.
- Update leads and customer information regularly in Zoho CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal team for further follow-up on generated enquiries.
- Submit regular field-work reports and updates.
- Attend the head office once a week for reporting, review and coordination.
- Work towards achieving lead-generation and business-development targets.

Assigned Areas

The candidate will be assigned specific retail clusters in Mumbai, which may include areas such as:



Colaba | Fort/Fountain | Mohammed Ali Road | Charni Road | Other assigned clusters The candidate will be expected to systematically cover retail stores within the assigned area.

- 0–1 year of experience in field sales, marketing or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in approaching and speaking with shop owners.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai.
- Two-wheeler/bike required.
- Basic smartphone/tablet and CRM knowledge.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.

Training

One week of company training will be provided to help the candidate understand:
- Company and services - Retail display solutions - Customer approach and pitching - Lead generation - Field-visit process - Zoho CRM - Reporting and follow-up Salary & Incentives ₹15,000/month + performance-based incentives Additional incentives may be earned based on successful lead/customer conversion, as per the company's incentive structure. Travel support/reimbursement will be provided as per company policy.
