We are looking for an experienced Event Management & Major Incident Management qualified with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, AIOps, monitoring, observability, automation, and hybrid cloud environments.

Key Skills

ServiceNow ITOM: Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Integration Hub

AIOps: Event Correlation, Anomaly Detection, ML-driven Insights

Monitoring & Observability: Dynatrace, Netcool/Omnibus, Broadcom DX APM, Opsview, SNMP, Everbridge

Automation & Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash

Cloud: Azure, AWS, GCP

Hybrid Environments: Mainframe, Midrange & Distributed Systems

API & Integrations: Observability platforms with ITSM/ITOM toolsets

Key Responsibilities

✅ Monitor, analyze, correlate, and prioritize enterprise IT events.





✅ Manage and support Major Incidents with timely escalation and resolution.

✅ Integrate monitoring and observability tools with ServiceNow.

✅ Develop automation workflows using Python, PowerShell, and Bash.

✅ Leverage AIOps for anomaly detection and proactive issue identification.

✅ Support cloud, hybrid, mainframe, and distributed environments.

✅ Drive continuous improvement in monitoring, automation, incident response, and service availability.
