Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled Electro-Mechanical Engineers proficient in Catia V5 & Siemens NX to contribute to the design and development of complex systems. This role involves integrating electrical and mechanical components, ensuring optimal performance and manufacturability.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and develop electro-mechanical components and assemblies using Catia V5.

Perform 3D modeling, surfacing, and drafting of complex parts and systems.

Conduct detailed design analysis, including stress, thermal, and vibration analysis, using relevant engineering tools.

Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and integration.

Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, and bills of material (BOMs).

Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise to resolve engineering challenges.

Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.

Identify and implement design improvements to enhance product performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Job Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in electro-mechanical design and development.

Expert proficiency in Catia V5, including Part Design, Assembly Design, Surfacing, and Generative Drafting.

Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.

Familiarity with electrical components, circuit design concepts, and wiring harnesses.

Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.

Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a cooperative team environment.

Experience in the aerospace, automotive, or industrial machinery industry is a plus.
