Ozeina is looking for an experienced Freelance Performance Marketer to generate qualified leads for our aesthetic and wellness services.

What You’ll Do:

- Create and manage Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Generate high-quality, qualified leads for Ozeina services
- Develop and test ad creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Track and report lead volume, quality, CPL, and campaign performance
- Continuously test strategies to scale qualified lead generation

We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in performance marketing & lead generation
- Solid expertise in Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- Experience generating leads for med spas, aesthetics, beauty, wellness,



or healthcare is a strong plus
- Understanding of lead qualification and conversion funnels
- Results-driven and comfortable working on a performance-based model
