nThe Role
nWe are hiring a Manager – MICE Sales for our Mumbai office.
nThe role is focused primarily on generating new business—identifying corporate prospects, building decision-maker relationships, understanding event requirements, developing proposals and closing profitable MICE business. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth execution and long-term client relationships.
nWhat We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of proven experience in MICE, corporate travel,
hospitality or event sales
n
- Solid corporate network and new-business acquisition skills
n
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closure
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
n
- Commercial understanding of proposals, costing and margins
n
- Target-driven, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
n
- Graduate degree preferred
