WE ARE HIRING | CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST /n We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh . /n This is a clinical role for a professional who is confident in psychological assessment, clinical formulation, evidence-based psychological intervention, and independent clinical decision-making . /n We are looking for someone who approaches psychological care with clinical depth, professional integrity, confidentiality, and respect for the individual needs of every patient. /n ━━━ /n POSITION /n Clinical Psychologist /n LOCATION /n Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh /n EMPLOYMENT TYPE /n Full-time /n ━━━ ROLE /n The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for the psychological assessment and management of patients presenting with a range of emotional, behavioural, psychological, and adjustment-related concerns. /n The role involves independent clinical work as well as appropriate collaboration with other healthcare professionals when a multidisciplinary approach is indicated.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /n • Conduct structured clinical interviews and comprehensive psychological assessments. /n • Establish appropriate clinical formulations based on presenting concerns, history, behavioural patterns, psychosocial factors, and available clinical information. /n • Use standardized psychological and psychometric assessments appropriately and within professional scope. /n • Identify psychological, emotional, behavioural, and psychosocial factors contributing to the patient's presentation. /n • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and formulation. /n • Provide evidence-based psychological interventions appropriate to the patient's clinical needs. /n • Monitor treatment response and review clinical outcomes over the course of care. /n • Conduct appropriate risk assessment, including assessment of self-harm, suicide risk, abuse, neglect, or other relevant safeguarding concerns. /n • Recognize situations requiring psychiatric, medical, emergency, or other specialist referral and coordinate care appropriately. /n • Maintain clear, accurate, confidential, and contemporaneous clinical documentation. /n • Prepare psychological assessment reports and clinical summaries when required. /n • Provide appropriate psychoeducation to patients and caregivers.



/n • Maintain explicit professional boundaries and uphold confidentiality at all times. /n • Participate in multidisciplinary discussions when psychological input is clinically relevant. /n • Communicate psychological findings to other healthcare professionals appropriately while maintaining patient confidentiality and professional boundaries. /n • Maintain appropriate follow-up and outcome documentation. /n • Remain current with evidence-based psychological practice, clinical research, and professional standards. /n ━━━ CLINICAL COMPETENCIES /n The candidate should demonstrate competence in: /n • Clinical interviewing /n • Psychological assessment /n • Psychometric assessment /n • Case formulation /n • Differential consideration of psychological presentations /n • Treatment planning /n • Evidence-based psychotherapy /n • Behavioural assessment and intervention /n • Risk assessment /n • Crisis management and appropriate referral /n • Psychoeducation /n • Clinical documentation /n • Outcome monitoring /n ━━━ THERAPEUTIC APPROACHES /n Training or demonstrated clinical experience in evidence-based approaches such as: /n • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) /n • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) /n • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) /n • Behavioural interventions /n • Motivational Interviewing /n • Mindfulness-based interventions /n • Trauma-informed approaches /n • Family-based interventions /n • Group interventions /n will be an advantage. /n The candidate should be able to select and apply an intervention based on clinical formulation rather than relying on a single therapeutic approach for every patient. /n ━━━ PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS /n • Appropriate postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology recognized under applicable Indian regulations. /n • Valid RCI registration / Central Rehabilitation Register (CRR), where applicable to the professional's qualification and scope of practice.
