An Ultra High Net-worth Individual (UHNI) family in Delhi seeks an experienced, discreet, and service-oriented Personal Butler to oversee household operations and deliver world-class personalized service. The Butler will be responsible for daily hospitality, staff coordination, and ensuring the family s lifestyle requirements are handled with precision, discretion, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Personalized Service &
- Lifestyle Management

- Provide high-standard butler services including wardrobe management, table setting, fine dining service, and guest care.

- Assist with travel preparations, packing/unpacking, and personal errands.

- Maintain household inventories (linen, silverware, wines, beverages, and essentials).

- Household &

- Staff Coordination

- Supervise and coordinate with chefs, housekeeping, drivers, and other domestic staff.

- Ensure service protocols and high standards are consistently maintained.

- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

- Hospitality &

- Guest Management

- Welcome and attend to guests with refined etiquette and discretion.

- Support in planning and executing private events, family gatherings, and formal dinners.

- Ensure seamless guest experiences at all times.

Essential Qualifications &

- Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of butler experience in UHNI households, luxury hotels, or fine dining environments.

- Strong knowledge of hospitality protocols, wine service, and luxury dining etiquette.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; polished appearance and demeanor.

- Bachelor s degree/diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.

- Adaptable, trustworthy, and capable of managing high-pressure situations with discretion.
