As we scale our corporate gifting vertical, we're looking for a sharp Business Development professional to build the partnerships that will drive our next phase of growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and relationship-savvy Business Development professional to lead our Corporate Gifting vertical. This role is focused on building and managing strategic partnerships with event companies and corporate offices to drive consistent, high-value business for Crave Right's gifting range.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, pitch, and onboard current corporate clients for Crave Right's gifting solutions across festive, milestone, and bulk-order occasions
- Build and nurture long-term tie-ups with event management companies for gifting collaborations on corporate events, conferences, and celebrations




- Establish and grow partnerships with corporate offices and HR/admin teams , including allied touchpoints like workplace F&B; and hospitality vendors, for employee gifting, onboarding kits, and recognition programs
- Own the full sales cycle — lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closing, and account management
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine gifting solutions and pricing
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and tie-up targets
- Maintain a strong pipeline and provide regular reporting to leadership

Requirements
- 4–6 years of prior experience in B2B business development, preferably in corporate gifting, events, F&B;, hospitality, or related industries
- Proven track record of building and managing corporate/institutional client relationships
- Strong existing network or demonstrated ability to build tie-ups with event companies and corporate offices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and deliver on targets
- Comfortable with a field-based, client-facing role
