Roles And Responsibilities

- Daily Production Planning and Monitoring Target Wise Production Achievement.
- Ensuring Product Quality as Per Standard.
- Meeting Delivery Schedule as per Sales Department Schedule.
- Production Raw Materials Requisition Monitoring to ensure smooth Production.
- Work closely with planning, Quality, Maintenance, Store and Delivery teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Minimize downtime and wastage.
- Product development and innovation to decrease the cost of production.
- Process development to increase efficiency in production.
- Monitor raw material consumption and inventory.
- Record downtime, rejects, machine performance and production reports.
- Ensuring Necessary Training of Production Manpower to enhance skill.

Academic Qualifications

- Master of Science (MSc)

- Age: 30 - 42 years
