Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle Admission Enquiries & Walk-ins:

Welcome parents and students, understand their requirements, and provide complete information about the school's programs and facilities

- Parent Counselling & Guidance:

Counsel parents regarding the school's curriculum, teaching methodology, facilities, and unique offerings. Address queries and build confidence in the admission process.

- Lead Follow-up & Admission Conversion:

Regularly follow up with prospective parents through calls, messages, and meetings to convert enquiries into admissions.

- Campus Tours & School Presentations:

Conduct school tours and explain the learning workplace, academic programs, and extracurricular activities to prospective families.

- Admission Documentation & Record Management:





Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, follow-ups, and admissions using MS Office and CRM/Excel sheets.

- Coordination with Internal Teams:

Work closely with academic, administration, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth admission experience for parents.

- Support Admission Campaigns & Events:

Participate in admission drives, open houses, workshops, and promotional events to generate enquiries and admissions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in school admissions, counselling, or educational sales (Freshers with Good English Communication skills can be considered)
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Confidence in interacting with parents and students
