Role Description This is a full time, on-site Accounts Assistant role based in Mumbai, requiring 2–3 years of experience in GST, TDS, and Income Tax. The role involves managing daily accounting entries, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate recording of transactions.

Responsibilities include handling GST, TDS, and Income Tax-related computations and filings, assisting in the preparation of statutory reports, and supporting audits and compliance activities.

The Accounts

Assistant will manage petty cash, support credit control processes, reconcile accounts,



and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth financial operations. The selected candidate is expected to join within 10 days of offer acceptance.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting skills, including experience with ledgers, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
- Practical knowledge of finance-related activities such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, and general financial controls.
- Experience in credit control, including monitoring receivables and coordinating with clients for timely payments.
- Ability to manage petty cash operations with accuracy, documentation, and regular reconciliation.
- Effective communication skills for working with internal teams, auditors, and external partners.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax compliance, preferably in logistics or related industries.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and ability to meet deadlines.
