The Business Relationship Executive is responsible for identifying and approaching new Business Clients, Vendors, and Business Partners, building strong professional relationships, promoting Zamorra’s services and business opportunities, and contributing to overall business growth and revenue generation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and approach potential Business Clients, Vendors, and Partners.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Explain Zamorra’s products, services, and business opportunities to potential clients.
- Onboard new businesses, vendors, and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services and solutions.
- Communicate with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, direct meetings, and field visits.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and close business opportunities.
- Identify new markets and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, onboarding, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly business and revenue targets.
- Collect client feedback and communicate requirements to the management team.
- Contribute to expanding Zamorra’s business network and customer base.
