Business Development Executive

Salary: 65-80K/Month

We grow wall panels and other interior products out of agricultural waste and fungi.

We need someone who can walk into a room with an architect, a gallery curator, or an investor, and make all three of them want to know more, without saying "sustainable" nineteen times.

What you'll actually do

- Own the sales pipeline, start to close, for both our collectible panel series and our B2B wall panel line
- Build the outreach strategy, not just execute someone else's spreadsheet; decide who we talk to first and why
- Turn our existing warm leads into actual conversations.
- Get us into the right rooms at the right time like design platforms and architect studios.
- Keep track of what's working.

What you bring

- 1+ year in sales, business development, or account management.



Doesn't have to be design or materials. If you've sold anything to anyone and made them thank you for it, we're listening.
- Comfortable adjusting your pitch on the fly: a gallery curator and a corporate architect are not the same meeting
- Written and spoken communication that doesn't need editing before it goes out
- Based in or able to work from Faridabad/Delhi NCR

What you don't need

- A background in mycelium. Or Science.

Bonus points

- You've sold something intangible before (an idea, a first round, a hard "no" into a "let's talk")
- You've worked somewhere without a playbook and built one anyway
- You've watched Succession.
